Our kitchen cooks with the freshest ingredients sourced from our garden where possible and local producers. Our cattle, (Nelore, Swiss brown cows) and sheep ensure your meat, milk, yogurt and cheese is as fresh as it can be. All freshly prepared at the lodge.

Breakfast is served with fresh bread, homemade jams, cheese and ham, and local Brazilian delicacies such as pão-de-queijo
Lunch is served with fresh salads, local vegetables, and traditional deserts
