When To Come

Our lodge is open from February to early December, giving guests the opportunity to witness the Pantanal during multiple seasons; from the magnificent floods to its driest months. Whatever the month if you are a nature lover, you won't be disapointed.

Rainy Season (Februay-March)

To visit the largest wetlands in the world at its peak and during the wet season is a spectacle not to be missed.

Witness the roar of thunderstorms and lightning light up the night sky, as the open savanna floods and the rivers peak, opening up new waterways and hidden tunnels to explore by boat and canoe.

High Season (June-September)

The temperature during June - August is much cooler than other months. Cooler temperatures bring more mammal activity but don't let this put you off visiting during others. April and May are also wonderful months to visit the Pantanal.

During the past two wet seasons, we have witnessed Giant Anteaters, Tapirs, Jaguars, Pumas and Jaguarundi!
